2. Hellman & Friedman Capital Partners IX, $16B. The Simpson Thacher team representing Hellman & Friedman included Partner Tom Wuchenich
3. EQT VIII, $12.3B. The Simpson Thacher team representing EQT included Partners Jason Glover and Robert Lee
5. BC European Capital X, $8B. The Simpson Thacher team representing BC Partners included Partners Jason Glover and Seema Shah
