The Firm recently represented the underwriters, led by BofA Merrill Lynch, in connection with a registered secondary offering of 8,000,000 shares of common stock of Vivint Solar, Inc. (“Vivint Solar”) by an affiliate of The Blackstone Group L.P.
The selling stockholder received all of the net proceeds from the offering. The offering closed on December 4, 2018.
Vivint Solar, a Blackstone portfolio company, is a leading full-service residential solar provider in the United States.
