Corporate Counsel Janet Nadile will once again be a panelist at The Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys Inc. 2018 Continuing Legal Education Weekend on June 8 in Newport, RI. The panel, “The Annual UCC Update,” will discuss commercial law developments, including recent case law affecting commercial law practice. They will also provide a summary of case law and current issues with respect to consignments, and amendments to UCC Article 9-406 and 9-408.
