The Firm represented J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and the other underwriters in connection with a registered offering of 4,000,000 shares of common stock (and an additional 600,000 shares, assuming the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares) of Myers Industries, Inc. (“Myers”) (NYSE: MYE).
Myers is an international manufacturer of polymer products for industrial, agricultural, automotive, commercial and consumer markets. Myers is also a distributor of tools, equipment and supplies for the tire, wheel and under-vehicle service industry in the United States.
