Morgan Securities LLC and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated as joint bookrunning managers, in connection with a public offering of $1.95 billion aggregate principal amount of debt securities of The Charles Schwab Corporation, consisting of $600 million aggregate principal amount of floating rate senior notes due 2021, $600 million aggregate principal amount of 3.25% Senior Notes due 2021 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of 3.85% Senior Notes due 2025. The offering closed on May 22, 2018.
