Sandy Qusba to Speak at ABI’s New York City Bankruptcy Conference

Corporate Partner Sandy Qusba will speak at the American Bankruptcy Institute's 20th annual New York City Bankruptcy Conference on May 24. Sandy will speak on a panel titled “Creative Financing Structures,” which will discuss the trend toward using creative structures to transact around limitations in debt documents in order to raise debt, sell assets and/or distribute value to certain stakeholders. Sandy was also recently selected as co-chair of the conference in 2019 and 2020.
