Corporate Partner Rajib Chanda will speak at the Practising Law Institute’s “Basics of Mutual Funds and Other Registered Investment Companies 2018” program on May 14 in New York City. Rajib will speak on a panel titled “Fund Marketing and Sale of Fund Shares,” which will discuss how fund shares are distributed, the role of sale charges and no-load funds, the future of Rule 12b-1 or 2, how funds are priced, fund advertising and FINRA’s focus on mutual fund share class suitability.
