Corporate Partners Patrick Ryan and Jennifer Hobbs will participate in the Practising Law Institute’s Leveraged Financing 2018 seminar on May 2. Patrick will co-chair and speak on a panel, “Leveraged Financing in 2018,” which will provide an overview of the market and will address business and legal drivers of deal activity, sources of refinancing, trends in deal structures and terms, product, market and geographic comparisons, updates on regulatory and LIBOR developments, and case law developments and implications.
Jennifer will speak on a panel, “Financing an Acquisition,” which will provide an overview of trends and developments, considerations in structuring acquisitions of companies with existing debt, alternative approaches for retiring debt in connection with acquisitions and the financing commitment process.
