Litigation Partner Josh Levine spoke on a panel at the NYU Brazilian Legal Society’s conference, “What is next for the Brazilian infrastructure sector?,” on April 16 in New York. The panel, titled “Compliance in the Brazilian Infrastructure Sector: The Effects of the Car Wash Operation,” included U.S. and Brazilian practitioners, an NYU School of Law professor and a Brazilian federal prosecutor, and focused on corruption risks and investigations related to Brazilian infrastructure businesses.
