Litigation Partner John Terzaken will speak at the American Bar Association’s 66th Annual Antitrust Law Spring Meeting on April 11. The conference is the largest competition and consumer protection law conference in the world and brings together more than 3,000 practitioners from 60 countries to learn from an esteemed group of government enforcers, private practitioners, in-house counsel and academics. John will speak on a panel “Ethics in Multi-jurisdictional Investigations,” which will summarize ethical obligations and issues that may arise, how to manage various stakeholders and differences in privilege, and local rules to keep in mind.
