The Firm recently represented Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC as underwriter in connection with a registered public offering of 4,606,062 shares of common stock of Bright Horizons Family Solutions Inc. (“Bright Horizons”) (NYSE: BFAM), resulting in net proceeds of approximately $471 million to the selling stockholders. The selling stockholders, including affiliates of Bain Capital Partners, LLC, received all of the net proceeds from the offering.
