Litigation Partners Jon Youngwood, Paul Gluckow and Linton Mann III will participate in Practising Law Institute's “Securities Litigation 2018: From Investigation to Trial” seminar on April 4 in New York. Jon will co-chair the day’s program, lead the panel “Commencement of a Civil Action: Filing the Complaint, Preparing the Motion to Dismiss, Coordinating Multiple Securities Litigation Actions,” and speak on the panel “Seeking Resolution: Strategies in Mediation and Settlement of a Securities Case.” Jon will also moderate, and Paul will speak on, the panel “Ethical Issues in Complex Securities Litigation.” Linton will speak on the panel “Prosecuting and Defending the Civil Action: Class Certification, Fact Discovery, Experts and Summary Judgment Motions in Securities Litigation.”
