Corporate Partners Mary Touchstone and Pete Gilman will participate in the Eighth Annual Global Fund Finance Symposium on March 21 in New York. The symposium is the premier fund finance event in the United States and explores various industry issues from the perspectives of fund sponsors, investors, lenders and their U.S. and foreign counsel. Mary will moderate a panel discussion focusing on “How to Save Money in Subscription Finance,” and Pete will speak on a panel addressing “Recent Trends and Developments in Private Equity Fund Structures and Subscription Facilities.” Simpson Thacher is a sponsor of the symposium, which has attracted more than 700 registrants.
In connection with the symposium, Mary and Counsel Julia Kohen have contributed an article to the 2018 Fund Finance Guide, a publication that covers legal trends and developments in the fund finance market.
