The 30th annual Tulane Corporate Law Institute will be held March 15 – March 16, 2018 in New Orleans. The Institute has been called “the equivalent of Davos for the rainmaker crowd” by The New York Times and “the most important gathering of its kind” by Corporate Control Alert. M&A Partner Eric Swedenburg will speak on a panel titled “Current Best Practices in Considering and Approving Transactions in Target and Buyer Company Board Rooms.”
