Morgan Securities LLC, in connection with the registered public offering by AerCap Ireland Capital DAC and AerCap Global Aviation Trust, subsidiaries of AerCap Holdings N.V. (“AerCap”), of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 3.3% Senior Notes due 2023 and $550 million aggregate principal amount of 3.875% Senior Notes due 2028. AerCap intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, including to acquire, invest in, finance or refinance aircraft assets and to repay indebtedness.
