Corporate Partner Brian Stadler will speak at Practising Law Institute’s “Real Estate M&A and REIT Transactions 2018” conference. Brian will speak on a panel entitled “Disruptors in the Global Market as a Catalyst for REIT M&A and Restructurings: Fact or Fiction; Public-to-Private Deals and Other Transactions.” The panel will focus on market changes that drive REIT M&A as well as legal issues in connection with private equity buyouts of public REITs. The conference will be held on January 19, 2018 in New York City.
