The Firm represented Trafigura Ventures V B.V. and Trafigura Argentina S.A., subsidiaries of Trafigura Group Pte Ltd (“Trafigura”), in connection with a stock and asset purchase agreement with Pampa Energía to acquire over 250 service stations, a refinery, a lubricants manufacturing facility and a fuel storage terminal in Argentina. The transaction remains subject to closing conditions.
Trafigura is one of the largest physical commodities trading groups in the world. Trafigura sources, stores, transports and delivers a range of raw materials (including oil and refined products and metals and minerals) to clients around the world.
