On November 1, Jennifer Reynoso co-chaired a three-hour continuing legal education panel held at the New York City Bar Association. The panel was titled “Operating a Successful Nonprofit: Board Development, Fiscal Management and Beyond,” and was sponsored by the Bar Association’s Nonprofit Organizations Committee, which Jennifer chairs. The panel included Deborah Flood and Michael Davidson, both experts in the field of Board effectiveness and development; Jami DeAngelis, Director of Internal Audit for the ASPCA; Dipty Jain, principal at Fiscal Management Associates; Rasmia Kirmani-Frye, President, Fund for Public Housing; and Lisa Perlmutter, a compensation expert from Willis Towers Watson.
