The Firm represented Banco de Crédito e Inversiones (Bci), a leading Chilean bank, in connection with a US$500 million global offering of 3.5% Fixed Rate Notes due 2027 (the “Notes”) under Bci’s US$2 billion Medium-Term Notes Program. The Notes were issued in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933.
Bci will use the proceeds from the sales of the Notes for general corporate purposes.
