Corporate Partner Todd Crider co-chaired and spoke at the Latin Lawyer 8th Annual Private Equity Conference on September 29. At the conference, Todd provided opening remarks and moderated a panel, “The bankers’ panel,” during which private equity and M&A bankers discussed the right strategies for finding value, coping with private equity and political risks, the effects of overhang of corruption, opportunities and headwinds in Latin America and the parameters of leverage. In addition, Todd interviewed renowned economist Hernando de Soto, President of the Institute for Liberty and Democracy in Lima, in a “fireside” format as the keynote of the conference.
