Tax Partner John Hart has been elected a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel. The College recognizes leading members of the Bar who have made significant contributions to the understanding and improvement of our tax system. The College limits membership to tax attorneys who are considered at the top of their profession. Fellows must be nominated by their peers based on various criteria, including holding office in tax committees or the tax section of a state bar association and active involvement speaking at national tax programs. Each nominee must satisfy the established criteria and pass a rigorous screening process before he or she becomes a Fellow.
