Simpson Thacher recently represented the agents, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, TD Securities (USA) LLC and MUFG Securities Americas Inc., in an offering by Northwest Natural Gas Company (“NW Natural”) of $100 million aggregate principal amount of its Medium-Term Notes, Series B.
NW Natural (NYSE: NWN) is headquartered in Portland, Oregon, and provides natural gas service to more than 725,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers in Oregon and southwest Washington, and gas storage services for utilities, gas marketers, electric generators and large industrial users from storage facilities in Oregon and California.
