Simpson Thacher recently represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch and BMO Capital Markets, in connection with the public offering of 5,750,000 shares of common stock (including 750,000 shares sold pursuant to the underwriters’ exercise of their option to purchase additional shares) of Shiloh Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: SHLO) (“Shiloh”) by Shiloh and a selling stockholder. The gross proceeds from the offering were approximately $47.4 million.
Shiloh is a leading global supplier of lightweighting technologies providing improved safety and environment-friendly solutions for automotive, commercial vehicle and industrial applications. Shiloh designs and manufactures multi-component, multi-material solutions for body structure, chassis and propulsion systems.
