Yale Law Women named Simpson Thacher as one of the 2017 Top Ten Family Friendly Firms. Yale Law Women’s annual report examines policies promoting family friendliness among Vault 100 law firms in several categories, including part-time and flexible full-time work policies, gender equity indicators such as partnership promotions and firm leadership positions and parental and other family accommodations offered to lawyers.
