Simpson Thacher Represents Dealer Managers in Micron’s Tender Offers

The Firm represented Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, as dealer managers, in connection with the tender offers by Micron Technology, Inc. to purchase its 5.625% Senior Notes due 2026 and 5.5% Senior Notes due 2025 (collectively, the “Notes”) for cash up to an aggregate purchase price of $1 billion. The tender offers launched on March 27, 2017, with early settlement occurring on April 11, 2017. Approximately $951.2 million in aggregate principal amount of Notes were validly tendered and accepted.
Micron Technology, through its subsidiaries, manufactures semiconductor devices, principally NAND Flash, DRAM and NOR Flash memory, as well as other memory technologies, packaging solutions and semiconductor systems for use in computing, consumer, networking, automotive, industrial, embedded and mobile products.
