The Firm represented Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. in the formation of a joint venture with Walker & Dunlop, Inc. to originate, hold and finance multifamily bridge loans. Walker & Dunlop will provide 15% of the venture’s equity capital, with Blackstone Mortgage Trust providing the remaining 85%.
