Corporate Counsel Yafit Cohn spoke at the ABA Business Law Section’s 2017 Spring Meeting, on April 7. Her panel, “Socrates in the Boardroom: The Power of Powerful Questions in Meeting Fiduciary Duties,” sponsored by the Corporate Governance Committee, examined the value of incisive questioning and the ways in which it can be employed to address issues that commonly confront boards of directors, as well as the role of boardroom counselors in developing these questions.
