The Firm represented underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and US Bancorp in a public offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 3.95% Senior Notes due 2027 and $400 million aggregate principal amount of 4.8% Senior Notes due 2047 by Humana Inc.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
