Blackstone Acquires Starwood Portfolio

Simpson Thacher represented Blackstone Real Estate in connection with its acquisition of a portfolio of 26 logistics assets from Starwood in a transaction valued at approximately €115 million in a joint venture with M7. The properties are located in France. The transaction closed on December 29, 2016.

The Simpson Thacher team includes Wheatly MacNamara, Tom Lloyd, Sven Frode Frølund, James Esterkin and Carys Hughes (Real Estate).
