Blackstone Acquires Rockspring Portfolio

Simpson Thacher represented Blackstone Real Estate in connection with its acquisition of a portfolio of seven logistics assets from Rockspring in a transaction valued at approximately €230 million. The properties are located in France. The transaction closed on December 28, 2016.
