Environmental Senior Counsel Adeeb Fadil has been re-appointed to teach a seminar in the spring of 2017, “Human Rights and the Environment” at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. This seminar will address obligations and responsibilities of states and other actors regarding the environment under human rights treaties, multilateral environmental agreements and other legal vehicles. Pace University has for many years had one of the top environmental law programs in the U.S., currently ranked third by U.S. News & World Report. This is the seventh consecutive spring semester that Adeeb has been appointed to teach this seminar.
