Simpson Thacher is representing Apax Partners LLP (“Apax”) in connection with the offer by funds advised by Apax for a controlling stake in Unilabs owned by Nordic Capital and Apax Partners France. The remaining shares in Unilabs are already owned by funds advised by Apax, and by management.

Headquartered in Geneva, the Unilabs Group services sectors ranging from private and public healthcare providers to local governments, from pharmaceutical companies to the general public.
