The Firm recently represented J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Imperial Capital, LLC, as dealer managers, in connection with an exchange of up to $80.45 million aggregate principal amount of 10.5%/11.25% Senior PIK Toggle Notes due 2019 for cash and warrants issued by Jack Cooper Enterprises, Inc. (“Jack Cooper”).
Jack Cooper is a transportation and other logistics provider and a leading over the road finished vehicle logistics company in North America.
