LLC, as the underwriters, in connection with a public offering of 3,450,000 shares, including option shares, of common stock of Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (“TCBI”). The offering closed on December 2, 2016. Proceeds will be used to provide capital support for the growth of Texas Capital Bank and for other general corporate purposes.
TCBI, a financial holding company, is the parent of Texas Capital Bank, a national bank headquartered in Dallas, with primary banking offices in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio, the five largest metropolitan areas of Texas.
