The Firm is representing Blackstone (NYSE: BX) and Optiv Security in connection with Blackstone’s sale of Optiv to KKR (NYSE: KKR). Blackstone will maintain a minority interest in Optiv, along with Optiv management. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2017 subject to customary closing conditions.
