Simpson Thacher represented Greeneden U.S. Holdings II, LLC, Greeneden Lux 3 S.à r.l. and Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc. (collectively, “Genesys”) in connection with (1) an offering of $700 million aggregate principal amount of 10% senior notes due 2024 and (2) new senior secured credit facilities consisting of a $1,558 million dollar-denominated term loan, a €520 million euro-denominated term loan and a $150 million multicurrency denominated revolving credit facility. Genesys used the net proceeds from the notes offering and term loans in connection with its acquisition of Interactive Intelligence Group, Inc. and for other general corporate purposes.
