The Firm represented Symantec Corporation (NASDAQ: SYMC) in connection with the financing of its $2.3 billion all-cash acquisition of LifeLock, Inc. (“LifeLock”).
The transaction is expected to close in the second calendar quarter of 2017 and is subject to customary closing conditions. With the acquisition of LifeLock, Symantec will enhance its position in U.S. identity theft protection services.
