Simpson Thacher represented Mars Inc. in connection with its buyout of a minority stake in its Wrigley subsidiary held by Berkshire Hathaway for undisclosed terms. Mars combined Mars Chocolate and Wrigley segments to create Mars Wrigley Confectionery.
