Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Partner Brian Robbins spoke at the Practising Law Institute’s “ERISA 2016: The Evolving World” seminar on August 2. The program covered recent developments in the areas of ERISA fiduciary law and ERISA litigation, as well as the impact of technology on the provision of retirement plan services and options for distressed pension plans and plan governance. Brian participated on the panel titled “The M&A Transactional Practice,” in which he discussed the Sun Capital decision and recent developments relating to private equity.
