Simpson Thacher Represents Underwriters in $500 Million Senior Notes Offering for Broadridge

Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA), Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, in connection with a registered offering by Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (“Broadridge”) of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.4% Senior Notes due 2026. Broadridge intends to use the net proceeds of this offering to repay the outstanding indebtedness under its senior credit facility, to finance acquisitions and for general corporate purposes. 

Broadridge is the leading provider of investor communications and technology-driven solutions for broker-dealers, banks, mutual funds and corporate issuers globally.
