Real Estate Partner Scott Kobak will speak at the Practising Law Institute’s “Negotiating Real Estate Deals 2016” seminar on Tuesday, June 21. Scott’s panel, “Special Servicing – Buying and Selling REO,” will address legal issues related to buying and selling REO properties, and discuss the special servicer and potential buyer’s perspectives in REO transactions.
