Harlene Katzman was a panelist on the ABA Section of Litigation Roundtable panel, “Civil Rights Litigation: Navigating Successful Pro Bono Partnerships”. This panel explored the opportunities, challenges and best practices for effective partnerships on pro bono litigation, particularly in the civil rights arena, including professional development opportunities for lawyers, often in areas they may not traditionally practice in, and effective counsel for those organizations or individuals who may not otherwise be able to afford such representation. The panel was broadcast nationally on June 7, 2016.
