Corporate Partners Alan Klein and Mark Pflug will chair the International Bar Association’s 15th Annual International Mergers and Acquisitions Conference in New York City on June 7 and 8. The conference will bring together over 400 mergers and acquisitions practitioners from over 40 countries to discuss the latest emerging developments in international M&A law. Litigation Partner Peter Guryan will moderate a panel which will discuss significant antitrust enforcement trends and recent developments relevant to M&A. Other speakers and commentators at the conference will include Susan Huang, Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley; Deborah Feinstein, Director of the Bureau of Competition at the Federal Trade Commission; Aimen Mir, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the US Department of the Treasury; the Honorable Joseph R.
