The Firm recently represented the underwriters, led by bookrunning manager J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, in connection with the public offering by PTC Inc. (“PTC”) of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 6% Senior Notes due 2024. The net proceeds from the transaction were used to repay a portion of the outstanding indebtedness under its senior credit facility.
