Simpson Thacher was named the 2016 “Private Funds – Formation Firm of the Year” at the Annual Who's Who Legal Awards earlier this week. Corporate Partner Jason Glover was named as “Lawyer of the Year” for Private Funds- Formation, marking the ninth time in eleven years that a partner of the firm has received this particular award.

Retired Litigation Partner Mary Kay Vysckocil was named “Insurance Lawyer of the Year.” Mary Kay was recently sworn in by the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit as a United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of New York.
