The Firm represented LP Group BV, a portfolio company of a consortium of investors led by TDR Capital, in its acquisition of LeasePlan Corporation NV. LeasePlan is a global fleet management, driver mobility and vehicle leasing provider headquartered in the Netherlands and operates in 32 countries around the world.
The Firm advised LP Group BV and its affiliates on the financing aspects of the acquisition including the issue of €1.25 billion of 6.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2021 and $400 million of 7.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2021, and certain credit facilities totaling €1.78 billion.
