Simpson Thacher Represents Underwriters in $800 Million Notes Offering for Kimberly-Clark Corporation

The Firm recently represented underwriters, led by Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and the other underwriters in connection with a registered offering by Kimberly-Clark Corporation (“Kimberly-Clark”) of $800 million aggregate principal amount of notes. Kimberly-Clark issued $400 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.4% Notes due February 15, 2019 and $400 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.75% Notes due February 15, 2026. The net proceeds from the transaction will be used to repay certain existing indebtedness.
