Corporate Partner Rob Spatt will speak at Northwestern University School of Law’s 43rd Annual Securities Regulation Institute on January 25-27, 2016 in Coronado, California. Rob will speak on a panel titled “M&A Trends & Developments,” which will cover topics such as the state of the M&A marketplace in 2015/2016, directors, officers and advisors behaving badly after Dole, Rural/Metro and Tibco, negotiating the use restriction in M&A-related confidentiality agreements, allocating regulatory risk in M&A deals, negotiating private company acquisitions and an update on Delaware appraisal rights. Chancellor Andre G. Bouchard, Chancellor of the Delaware Chancery Court will also speak on the panel.
