The Firm represented Taylor Morrison Home Corporation (NYSE: TMHC), a leading national homebuilder and developer based in Scottsdale, Arizona, in connection with its acquisition of the operations and homebuilding assets of Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods, a Georgia-based home building company known for its latest design techniques, eco-friendly elements, floor plans and state-of-the-art construction methods, for approximately $85 million.
