Simpson Thacher represented Coller Capital in connection with the formation and raising of its seventh secondaries fund, Coller International Partners VII. The fund, which held its final closing on December 31, 2015, was oversubscribed and reached its hard cap in around six months from its initial closing.
The fund will pursue Coller Capital’s flexible approach to secondary investing, targeting secondary assets and sellers located anywhere in the world, and making individual investments ranging in size from $1 million to $1 billion plus.
